STEVEN CAMPBELL, CPP
PRESIDENT
A former Special Investigator with the NY Attorney General’s Office. Steven’s private sector corporate security experiences include key management positions with a major financial institution and two international service firms.
Steven holds a Masters Degree from CUNY’s John Jay College of Criminal Justice, holds the industry’s highest professional certification, Certified Protection Professional (CPP) issued by the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS), and is an adjunct professor member at John Jay College of Criminal Justice teaching courses related to security management, criminal justice, homeland security and criminology.
JULIA HOLLANDER CAMPBELL
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
Responsible for Finance, Administration and Project Management. Historically she has managed the firm’s extensive due diligence investigative services projects for clients in the aviation, finance and private family wealth management business sectors.
Currently, Julia is spearheading CSR’s focus on bridging the fast-developing nexus of private security staffing, management and related consulting services with the growing needs of the healthcare industry’s patient focused models. Julia spent 10 years in healthcare as a Director of Professional Relations with Humana/SeniorBridge, serving the needs of those with chronic and acute illnesses and the associated caregiving responsibilities. Additionally, she brought the benefit of those experiences to a regional private homecare agency to expand their offering in the High Net Worth arena and continues to be active in organizations that are dedicated to ensuring that elders thrive in society with quality of life, dignity and respect. Julia’s experience also includes serving as a VP/Branch Manager with a money center bank’s Private Banking Group and management consulting positions in financial services. She is a graduate of Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT, was designated a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and has attended the prestigious Security Management Institute of John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
ALEX BROWNING, CISSP
VICE PRESIDENT
After joining CSR in 2014 as a Security Supervisor, Alex has been promoted several times from Assistant Manager, then Manager, and most recently to Vice President where he plays a key role in overseeing all security operations and managing strategic resources.
Previously, Alex was an investigator with an insurance services firm on Long Island, he worked as a specialist for a regional electronic security company that provided alarm, CCTV, and access control systems to sizable clients in the New York City area within healthcare systems and critical infrastructure. Today, Alex serves as a security consultant and change agent, transforming the corporate security organization of Fortune 500 clients from a traditionally facility physical security focused organization to a risk based, proactive, risk mitigation and management business partner, meeting customer needs in employee and facility protection, enterprise resilience, crisis management, and brand protection. He provides security leadership inclusive of cybersecurity, physical security, and supply chain security while driving enterprise resiliency through crisis management, disaster recovery, and business continuity for companies at the Fortune 500 level. Alex also maintains key industry certifications such as the CISSP, CISM, and CRISC.
